Employers publishing vacancies on Work Found Me warrant that all job listings represent bona fide, actively open positions with accurate compensation and workplace conditions. Postings involving uncompensated labor, pyramid schemes, or discriminatory selection criteria are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately.

3. Intellectual Property and Service Availability

All software, designs, trademarks, text, graphics, and interface assets on Work Found Me are the exclusive property of Work Found Me or its licensors. While we strive for uninterrupted service availability, we provide the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

Work Found Me acts as a verified discovery and application gateway. Final hiring decisions, employment contracts, background verifications, and workplace terms remain the sole responsibility of the respective hiring employer and the candidate.
